WHEN ARE THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH APPOINTMENTS?
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced the developments regarding personnel recruitment. Minister Koca’s statement is as follows;
According to the KPSS score of 40 thousand people, the recruitment process of 30 thousand contracted health personnel begins without an interview with the placement to be made by OSYM. Again, 10 thousand permanent workers will be recruited without an interview. Nurse, midwife, therapist, health physicist etc. areas will be purchased.

WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?
The application conditions for new purchases have not been published yet. However, the application conditions included in the guide published in the purchases made last year are as follows:
Candidates who prefer contracted positions are required to meet the conditions set forth in paragraph (B) of article 4 of Law No. 657 and article 48 of the same Law.
In accordance with Article 28 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, candidates who have a blue card and are registered in the blue card holders’ registry and foreign candidates will not be able to choose the contracted positions to be employed within the scope of paragraph (B) of Article 4 of the Law No. 657 and Article 45/A of the Decree-Law No. 663. .
Those who occupy the contracted positions specified in the KPSS 2019/4, KPSS 2019/7, KPSS 2020/4 and KPSS 2020/5 Preference Guidelines will be prevented from choosing the contracted positions specified in this guide. Those who receive a pension from the Social Security Institution and those over 65 years of age will not be appointed. .
Candidates whose status does not comply with the “General Conditions of Application” and candidates who do not meet the qualifications of the contracted position they are placed in, and who do not submit the required documents in due time despite meeting the required qualifications and conditions, will not be appointed. :
