Türkiye’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) on Sunday neutralized Abdulhamit Kapar, a so-called senior member of the PKK terrorist organization.
The operation took place in the city of Qamishli, Syria, near Turkish border.
Kapar was one of the organization’s so-called leaders, and his neutralization is seen as a major success in Türkiye’s ongoing counterterrorism efforts.
