Foreign ministers of South Korea and Japan on Friday agreed to send a united message that North Korea‘s repeated violations of United Nations Security Council resolutions cannot be condoned, Seoul’s foreign ministry said in a statement.
The two met on the sidelines of the ASEAN foreign ministerial meetings in Laos and also expressed concern over the growing ties between Russia and North Korea.
