Kenya arrests 'serial killer' suspect over dumped bodies: police

Kenyan police have arrested a suspected serial killer after nine mutilated bodies were found in a Nairobi rubbish dump. The 33-year-old suspect was apprehended near a bar, and a second individual was caught with a victim’s phone.
